     Healthy Banana or Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Flax and 6 Tablespoons water
1/3 Cup maple syrup and 1/4 cup water
1/2 Cup olive oil
1 Cup mashed banana or pumpkin
13/4 cups flour white or whole wheat
1 teaspoon baking soda
 

Instructions
Mix flax and water and let sit for 5 minutes
Stir together oil, flax mixture, banana or pumpkin maple syrup and 1/4 water Add flour Stir and put into loaf pan.
Cook at 325 for 50-55 minutes
