     Candice's Canned Salsa

1 1/2 Gallons Tomatoes
3 Onions Any kind of onions will due
1 each Green, Yellow, Red Petter
5 Jalapenos or more is you want hotter
3 Cans Green Chilies
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
3 tsp Oregano Fresh is better
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Bunch Cilantro
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3 Tbl Sugar
1 Cup White or Red Wine Vinegar
Can Add More Hot Peppers Of Any Kind.
1 Can undrained Rotel Tomatoes

Cut all tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers and green peppers into quarters and put in roasting pan. Also add fresh parsley and cilantro. Roast at 350 for 4-5 hours.
Once cooled. Put in Quinenart and puree. Put it large pot and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.
Follow canning instructions for salsa.
