Heat enough oil in a pan to a depth of 2 inches
and thermometer reaches 375. Whisk
sugar,salt,eggs and lemon in a bowl until smooth.
Alternate whisking in milk and flour until a
smooth batter forms. Transfer batter to a piping
bag and working in a swirling motion pipe batter
into oil. Lightly brown, flip and brown, Drain on
paper towel and dust with sugar
