     Caramel bread pudding

Ingredients
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
5 slices bread into 1 inch cubes
1/3 c melted butter
 
Instructions
Spread brown sugar on bottom and part way up sides of Pyrex bowl. Dip bread cubes in melted butter and cover sugar.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread.
Bake uncovered at 325 until brown.
