|
Kabobs. Run onion through food processor or grate
by hand. Use paper towel to squeeze excess liquid.
Combine meat and all seasonings together by hand.
Can refrigerate for up to a day prior for better
taste.

Mold the meat around end of each skewer. Lay on
grill and cook until through, rotating often. Or
bake at 350 for 30 minutes, but flip half way
through.

|
Sauce. In small bowl mix together all ingredients.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

|
|
Serve with tomato, cucumber, red onion, and fresh
feta salad.
