     Peach Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce

Servings   9 half pints
Ingredients
2 cans/jars peaches and syrup
6 ghost peppers
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup sugar
1 small onion
1/2 cup maple syrup
 
Instructions
Blend all items together. put in pan, simmer for 15 minutes or until reduced. Put in jars, water bath for 10 minutes.
