     Cupcakes - Black Bottom Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
6 TB cocoa
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 C flour
1 1/2 C water
1/2 C oil
1 1/2 TB white vinegar
 
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
FILLING-
1- 8 oz pkg cream cheeses softened
1 egg
1/3 C sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 C chocolate chips
Chopped walnuts

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 and prepare cupcake tins with papers.
Combine first 5 dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Fill the muffin tins no more than 1/2 full.
In a separate bowl combine the ingredients for the filling and place 1 heaping tsp or more on the batter in each muffin tin. Sprinkle with sugar and chopped walnuts (optional but great!)
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool in tins for 10 minutes then transfer to wire racks to completely cool. Store leftovers in the fridge.
