Dig out the center of the base of the cylindrical
loaf leaving 1 ' around the sides and bottom for
stability. Break bread into bite sized pieces for
dipping and put in a side bowl.
Mix together all ingredients for the dip and chill
in the fridge until ready to serve.
To serve pour dip into hollowed out bread bowl and
use bread pieces for dipping, or crackers if
desired.
