     Shredded Pepitas Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
3 chicken breast
2 jars Trader Joe's pepitas salsa
1Tb chicken bouillon or adobo seasoning
 
Instructions
Place chicken in crock pot. Then cover with salsa and seasoning. Cook for 4-5 hours. If chicken is frozen, cook for 7-8 hrs.
NOTE 1. Can add sliced onions. 2. Shred chicken but keep sauce separate from meat.
