     Florence’s Cranberry Bread Pudding

Loaf sweetbread
1/2 C dried cranberries
4 C milk
1 C sugar
1/2 C (1 stick) butter
1 t. Vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 t. Cinnamon

Generously grease 9X13 baking pan/dish. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Spread in pan. Mix cranberries with bread. Heat milk, sugar and butter in saucepan over medium heat until butter and sugar melts. Remove from heat and add vanilla and beaten eggs. Pour over bread and cranberries. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
