Dressing
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tea Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teas Italians seasoning
1/2 teas salt
1/8 teas pepper
In a small bowl combine all ingredients, blend
well. Let stand at room temp to 30 mins to blend
flavors.
to serve, place lettuce on large serving platter.
Cut cheese slices in half. Roll cheese and
pepperoni slices into cones.
Arrange cheese,pepperoni, tomatoes and other
garnishes over lettuce. Drizzle with dressing.
