Ingredients
1lbs beef
1/2 lbs pork (optional)
3/4 cup fresh break crumbs or oatmeal
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1/3 cup grated Pecorino Romano
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 TBSP finely chopped parsley
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
 
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
Olive oil
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except salt, pepper, and olive oil. Roll into balls and then cover with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Cook on grill
Serve with spaghetti
