     Keto Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 1/2 c grated mozzarella
3 tbs cream cheese
1 egg
2/3 c almond flour
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 garlic salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl until soft and pliable, about 30 seconds. Add egg, almond flour, oregano and basil. Blend well in to a dough ball. Press in to a circle or square shape on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and pierce with a fork to prevent crust from rising while baking. Bake for 8-10 minutes ( I baked until it is golden brown on top)
Add pizza sauce and toppings pop back in the oven for 4-5 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
