     Casserole - Reuben with corned beef

6 slices dark rye bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 oz melted butter
16 oz sauerkraut, well drained
8 oz shredded swiss cheese
Thousand island dressing
1/2 lb thin sliced corned beef

Toss bread cubes with the butter. Place 2/3 of the cubes into a 2 qt casserole dish. Top the cubes with the sauerkraut and 4 oz of shredded swiss.
Cover the cheese with a THIN layer of thousand island dressing. Maybe 5 Tbl. Top with the corned beef.
Cover the corned beef with the rest of the swiss cheese, and then with another 5 Tbl. of thousand island dressing. Cover with the rest of the bread cubes.
Bake at 350 deg. for 35 minutes.
