     Caramel Corn

Approx 24 cup Popped Corn
1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Margarine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla

Pop popcorn and allow to cool In large saucepan, melt butter, stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly over med-high heat. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat, stir in baking soda and vanilla. In large bowl, drizzle over popcorn and mix well. Divide onto cookie sheets into single layers.
Bake at 250 degrees for approx 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and break up into chunks.
