Approx 24 cup Popped Corn
|

1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
|
|
2 Cups Brown Sugar
|
|
1 Cup Margarine
|
|
1 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
|
|
1 tsp Vanilla
|
|

Instructions |

|
Pop popcorn and allow to cool
In large saucepan, melt butter, stir in brown
sugar, syrup and salt.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly over med-high
heat. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
|

|
Remove from heat, stir in baking soda and vanilla.
In large bowl, drizzle over popcorn and mix well.
Divide onto cookie sheets into single layers.
|

|
Bake at 250 degrees for approx 1 hour. Stir every
15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and break up
into chunks.
