Place baking mix in a medium mixing bowl. In a
separate bowl, mash banana, add sugar, egg and
mix well. Stir in milk and vanilla.

Pour wet ingredients into bowl with baking mix.
Stir slightly, add melted butter walnuts and
chocolate chips. Stir to combine.

|
Allow to rest 10 minutes. Stir in orange juice.
|
|
|
Drop in heated griddle that has been sprayed with
PAM. Cook over med heat until bubbles appear on
pancakes. Flip over and continue to cook other
side is golden brown.
