Ingredients
1 cup flour (1 1/3 cups)
3 eggs (4)
1 1/2 cups milk (2 cups)
1/2 tsp salt (1tsp)
1 tbsp melted butter (1 1/3 tbsp)
 
Instructions
Put in blender and mix until smooth. Heat small frying pan. Brush with butter. Pour in batter to cover bottom Sprinkle with icing sugar and roll.
