Preheat oven to 350. Generously dust a 2 quart
baking dish with butter and dust with 1 TB sugar
Blend eggs, milk, melted butter and the remaining
3 TB sugar until smooth (about 1 min) Add flour
and salt and pulse until well combined (about 15
pulses)
Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Arrange
berries over batter. Bake until custard is puffed
and JUST set in the center, about 40-45 min.
Remove from oven; let cool (about 10 min) before
serving.
NOTE- if berries are covered with too much ice
glaze, or are frozen in clumps, thaw in microwave
until gently frozen but not soggy. Do not include
the extra juice, and water to the batter. Berries
only.
