Salt and pepper ribs on all sides, browning all sides in oil.
Drain oil after browning.
Add water, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, soya
sauce, onion powder over meat.
1 hot mixed pickles or anything to give a kick.
2 dashes cayenne works as well.
Cook in 350 F oven until tender.
Note you need a heavy pot for this.
You can uncover 10-15 minutes to brown.
Add veggies and cook.
Make gravy on stovetop.
