     Beef Stew or Ribs

Ingredients
At least 4 short ribs or 1 package stew meat
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp balsamic minegar
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp onion powder
4 cups water
 
Stock
1 1/2 tbsp better than chicken/beef bouillon.

Instructions
Salt and pepper ribs on all sides, browning all sides in oil. Drain oil after browning.
Add water, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, soya sauce, onion powder over meat. 1 hot mixed pickles or anything to give a kick. 2 dashes cayenne works as well.
Cook in 350 F oven until tender. Note you need a heavy pot for this. You can uncover 10-15 minutes to brown. Add veggies and cook. Make gravy on stovetop.
