large pot, heat oil. Add veggies and cook 5 min. add garlic, tomato
paste and cook til fragrant 1 min. Add lamb until no longer pink, 6
min. Add wine and reduce 5 min. Add tomatoes and fresh herbs,
salt and pepper. Bring to boil and simmer 1 hour.
I think instant pot would work.
Good with spaghetti or other pasta.
