Mix oreos in a food processor into small
crumbs. Mix with butter and press
crumbs/butter mixture into bottom of 9x13 cake
pan to form crust. 2.Make chocolate pudding
according to package directions and let it set
up in the fridge. 3.Using electric mixer, mix
half cool ship, softened cream cheese and X
sugar in large bowl. 4.Spread the cool
whip/cc/sugar mixtre on top of the oreo crust.
Spread the pudding over the cool whip layer
then the remaining layer of the cool whip
mixture on top of that. Refrigerate until
ready to serve.
