     Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup Tapioca - wash, soak 2 hours in cold water to cover. Drain
Add-
2 cups milk
Cook in double boiler until clear.
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
 
1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, and hot milk mixture slowly. Return to double boiler. Cook until egg thickens- few minutes, remove from heat and add vanilla
