     Heather’s Pork

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2-3 lb pork roast
Salt and pepper
1 liter whole (3%) milk
 

Instructions
Brown pork on all sides. Pepper and salt as cooking. Add enough milk to pan to almost cover the roast. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer on low 2 - hours, turning meat. Cook until meat is tender and milk reduced to small clumps. Remove meat. Add water to browning and stir to make a sauce.
Lorne’s chicken - Substitute Chicken breasts for pork and Cream for milk .
