Sauté garlic and olive oil.
Add water and wine, bring to a boil.
Add carrots and cover 1 minute.
Add asparagus and red pepper - cover 2 minutes.
Add pea pods and cover 1 minute.
Toss vegetables with cooked pasta (and chicken)
Add pesto, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and salt and
pepper. Toss, Mix and serve
