     Vienna Schnitzel

Ingredients
4 schnitzel- pound pork flat and thin
Salt and pepper - spice the meat
4 tsp flour - dip meat into
1 egg
1 drop of oil
1 drop of milk
Whip egg, oil & milk, Dip the schnitzel
 
Bread crumbs - dip schnitzel into but do not press the breadcrumbs on
1/4 liter oil

Instructions
Heat oil and fry schnitzel until golden brown. Place on paper towel to soak up fat.
Serving Suggestions
Fresh lemon
