2 cans (398 ml) dark cherries

Mix cherry juice with

2 tbsp corn starch

1/4 cup sugar

2 tsp lemon juice
|

Cook until boiling and thickened. Add Cherries until warm.

Take off heat.

1/4 cup orange brandy on top, immediately set on fire.

When flame dies pour over ice cream.
