     Bev’s Nut Mix

Ingredients
2 egg whites - whisk until frothy
4 cups unsalted nuts - stir into egg until coated.
Mix below and pour over nuts until coated
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp salt.
 
Instructions
Spread on greased sheet. Cook in preheated 325 F oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring constantly
