Rice milk- Put rice in a saucepan with 2 cups
water. Bring to boil and let bubble for 5
mintues, then simmer for about 45 minutes,
covered, until the rice is soft, but not soggy,
and all the water has been absorbed. Stir while
cooking, add water if needed. Blend the cooled
rice with 4 cups water. Strain to remove any
grit.
