Place quinoa in sieve and rinse until clear. Place
in saucepan, add 2 1/2 cups boiling water, lemon
and 1 Tbs. tamari. Boil for a minute or two,
simmer for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed,
fluffy.
Slice zucchini in half length wise and cut in thin
half moons. Cut broccoli in small florets. Place
in frying pan with olive oil, 1 Tbs tamari, and
salt and pepper and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
When quinoa is cooked and there is no water in the
pan, stir in tahini and 1 Tbs tamari and mix with
veges.
