     Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp salt (optional0
1 tsp pepper
4 slices bacon
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 can tomato soup
 
1 can (398 ml) tomato sauce
1/4 of the tomato sauce can of water
1 tbsp milk

Instructions
Preheat over to 325 F. Cook bacon in frying pan. Remove and chop/crumble Wipe out bacon grease, add beef and onions, cook over medium het until beef is browned. Add pepper and salt . Stir in uncooked rice.
Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Spread meat mixture over bottom. Cover with cabbage. Mix together remaining ingredients. Reserving 1 cup of tomatoe mixture, pour the rest over cabbage. Cover with foil or lid and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven, pour over reserved tomatoe mixture. Cover and bake ?
