In 1/2 cup lukewarm water put 1 tsp white sugar and 1
envelope yeast. Let rise in warm place for 10 minutes.
In large bowl put 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup lard or
margarine, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsps vinegar, 3 1/2 cups lukewarm
water.
Add risen yeast and from 8 to 10 cups flour. Just enough to
dough will not stick to hands.
Cover, let rise 2 hours.
Knead down.
Let rise 1 hour.
Knead down.
Make buns, the size of crab apples
Let rise 3 hours.
Cook at 400 F.
