Ingredients
2 1/2 cups bread flour-2TBSP white???
2 1/4 tsp rapid rise yeast
barley malt syrup or honey or molasses
2 cups warm water 120 not more or less
starter - cover and set 1 hr
1 cup raisins
2TBS cinnamon
1 tsp salt
 
2 1/2 cup[s flour
Add this to starter - knead -smooth ball cover 1 hr
Kneed again/flatten/cut 1/2, cut each piece 1/2 again
Make hole 11/2-2 in thick
Skillet with boiling water-sugar or maple syrup
Boiling water - 1 mn then flip 1 mn
Egg wash brush on top
