     Pineapple Dessert

Ingredients
2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup butter
Vanilla
1/c cup butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 eggs
 
1/2 pint whipping cream
1- 14 oz can well drained crushed pineapple
Instructions
Melt 1/2 cup butter and mix with crumbs and vanilla. Cook at 300 F until golden brown. Cool
Cream 1/2 cup butter. Add icing sugar and cream. Add 2 eggs. Beat until the consistency of whipped cream. Dump in graham wafers. Cool.
Whip whipping cream. Mix in crushed pineapple. Chump in cake. Keep refrigerated.
