4 tilapia fillets (defrosted, if frozen)

1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated
|
|
2 Tbsp. butter
|
|
1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
|
|
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
|
|
1 tsp. dill
|
|
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |

|
Turn broiler onto high and adjust oven rack to top
position.
|

|
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except
the fish. Set aside.
|
|
|
Place fillets on a foil-lined pan. Broil for 3
min. Remove from oven, flip over and divide the
parmesan mixture over the uncooked side of fish.
|
|
|
Return to oven and broil for another 3-4 min.,
making sure to not over-cook the fish.
