Brown the hamburger (do not drain) and add
carrots and onions. Cook till carrots are
tender. Then add the flour to thicken and cook
for 1 minute. Next add broth, ketchup and other
veggies. Simmer till potatoes are done. Prepare
mash potatoes with milk and cheese. Bake at 375
degrees for 18 minutes - add remaining cheese
with 5 minutes left.
