Mix yeast, salt and 4 cups flour.
In a separate large bowl whip eggs, sugar, oil and water.
Add flour mixture.
Blend well and work in remaining flour gradually.
Let rise 15 minutes. Punch down. Let rise again 15 minutes
Punch down and make buns
Let rise 1 hour (until double)
Bake at 350 F 15-20 minutes.
