     Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients
2 cup flour
1 cup margarine
2 tsp sugar
Mix and pat into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 F for 10 min
5 cups cut up rhubarb
2 cups sugar
6 egg yolks
1 cup cream
 
4 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
6 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup coconut
Add Almond extract
Instructions
Mix rhubarb, sugar, egg yolks, cream, flour and salt. Put onto above crust and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes
Beat egg whites, add sugar and vanilla. Put on top of baked rhubarb and bake for 12-15 minutes at 325 F
