Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
 
Instructions
Cream (light and fluffy) together margarine and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients Cut into slices Bake at 325 F for 8 minutes
