     Pinto Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 Tbs oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups vegetable broth
 
1 15oz can pinto beans, rinsed

Instructions
Saute veges in oil, about 10 min., add garlic, cook another minute. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with dalop of plain yougurt
