Tear off 30 by 18 inch sheet foil. Fold it in half
to 18 by 15 inch. Roll diagonally to form a hollow
cone, about 18 inches long and diameter of 5 inches
at widest point. Fasten with clear tape. Stuff with
crumpled foil until rigid.
Spray outside of cone with cooking spray. Place on
cookie sheet. Beat the egg with water to make a
glaze.
Wrap bread sticks in spiral around overlapping
dough. Brush with glaze to help stick. Take last 3
pieces and braid together.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until rich brown
color.
