Combine pumpkin and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at
medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared
piecrust. Bake at 425 deg. for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 deg. Bake 50 additional minutes or until a knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

NOTE; This recipe is not enough for our fluted, deep dish pie shell. If you
double this recipe, you will get a regular size pie plus the large fluted
pie shell.

|
|
Bake an additional 20 minutes if using the fluted pie shell.
