     Pie - Best Ever Pumpkin Pie

1-3/4 Cups canned pumpking
1-3/4 Cup sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs, beaten
2/3 Cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 Tbl. sugar
1-3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Combine pumpkin and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared piecrust. Bake at 425 deg. for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 deg. Bake 50 additional minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
NOTE; This recipe is not enough for our fluted, deep dish pie shell. If you double this recipe, you will get a regular size pie plus the large fluted pie shell.
Bake an additional 20 minutes if using the fluted pie shell.
