     Cream wafers

Ingredients
1 cup soft butter
2 cups flour
1/3 c heavy cream
Frosting
1/4 c butter
3/4 c icing sugar
1t vanilla
 

Instructions
Mix first 3 ingredients in stand mixture until well combined. Cool about an hour. Roll out about 1/8 “ thick. Cut with small glass dipped in sugar. Prick 4times with fork. Bake 375 degrees 7 minutes.
Mix icing ingredients till smooth. Thin layer between 2 wafers.
