1. put 2 cups of water in large stock pot and
boil cauliflower and carrots until just teder.
don't over cook them.(DO NOT DRAIN) Add in the
milk now, then add flour and bring up to a boil
again.
2. Brown the cut up sausage and onion into a
frypan.Just wilt the onions don't burn them.
3. add the sausage and onion into the now
boiling stock pot.
4. Add the velvetta cut up into chunks and add
to stock pot. gently stir to mix in the cheese
Be careful not to break up the caulflower. Add
in the salt and pepper and taste. lower heat
and simmer for 5 minutes.
