     Crustless Pumpkin Pie

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 tbsp melted butter
1 (13) oz can evaporated milk.
2 eggs
1 (16) oz can of pumpkin ( not pie filling)
2 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla

1 in a large bowl combin all the ingredients and mix well.. An inversion bleder works very well. 2 Pour the mixture into a greased 9 in pie pan. 3 Bake at 350 for 55 min to 1 hour, or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean. 4 Let cool before serving
