     Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie

Ingredients
1 (9 inch pie crust) (blind baked)
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs beaten
heavy 1/4 cup bourbon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans can use chopped CHEAPER...
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
 

Instructions
1 pre heat oven to 325 2 In small saucepan combine sugar,corn syrup, butter, cook over med heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Cool slighty 3 In a large bowl combine eggs, bourbon,vanilla,mix well, slowly pour in cooled sugar mixyure whisking constantly. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. mix well. Pour mixture into blind baked pie crust. 4 bake in oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until pie is set and golden. It is best served warm, hot serving tends to run abit. Cold is also good...
