butter, cook over med heat until butter is
melted and sugar is dissolved. Cool slighty

bourbon,vanilla,mix well, slowly pour in cooled
sugar mixyure whisking constantly. Stir in
chocolate chips and pecans. mix well. Pour
mixture into blind baked pie crust.
4 bake in oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until
pie is set and golden.
It is best served warm, hot serving tends to
run abit. Cold is also good...
