Ingredients
1 large can of buttermilk biscuits
1 lb of sausage
2 cups of co jack shredded cheese
6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 packet dry country sausage gravy
2 cups water
 

Instructions
1 preheat oven to 350 2 spray a 13x 9 baking dish with non stick 3 cut each biscuit into 8ths,line the bottom of the pan. 4 sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over biscuits. 5 cover the sausage with the shredde cheese. 6 In med bowl whisk the eggs and milk for 2 minutes then add salt and pepper, pour egg mixture over the cheese layer.Im med bowl mix gravy packet with the 2 cups of water, whisk to combine, pour over the egg mixture 7 Cover with foil and bake for 45 to 55 minutes 8 Let cool 5 to 10 minutes , cut and serve
