Place colander on small pot. Working with one jar
at a time, empty contents into colander. Cut off
all stems as needed and cut into smaller bits as
needed. Add to a large mixing bowl.

Thoroughly mix together and pack two mason and/or
pickle jars tightly. Stir liquid well and pour
into jars to cover. Let sit a couple minutes to
let air bubbles escape. Screw on lids tightly and
refrigerate over night. Shake before using.

DO NOT discard extra liquid. Taste it and you will
see why. Pour extra liquid into another tightly
sealed jar and refrigerate for other uses or to
top off peppers as needed.
