Blend peanut butter, confectioners sugar and butter in bowl of stand
mixer until smooth. Roll into chestnut sized balls. Chill in fridge for 1
hour. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Dip bottoms of peanut butter
balls in chocolate and let set on wax paper.
