Line a dish with cookies, crush remaining cookies
to fill gaps. Scatter Biscoff crumbs over the
top.
Drizzle Coffee onto the cookies, a teaspoon at a
time until each one is softened.
Put milk, cream, vanilla, cocoa, custard powder &
sugar into a pan. Heat gently, stirring with a
whisk all the time until thickened (around 5 to 10
mins). Remove pan from heat and allow to cool,
whisking intermittently.
When the choc custard is cooled pour over biscuit
base. Allow to set in fridge.

Serve sprinkled with Maltesers and Marscapone cream and a Biscoff 'flake'
