     Steakhouse Pork Chops

1 shallot
2 tablespoons sour cream
12 ounces pork chops
1 packet beef stock concentrate (I recommend savory choice available on amazon and at HEB)
olive oil
salt and pepper

Season pork chops with salt and pepper or seasoning mix of your choice. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add pork and cook until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
Heat another drizzle of olive oil and add shallot. Cook until softened and lightly browned, 2-3 minutes. Stir in stock concentrate and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with pepper.
Top pork chops with sauce.
